Maintenance Position:

  • General construction knowledge.
  • Travel to different sites in the greater Lehigh Valley is a must.
  • Performing general repairs to buildings, doors, and grounds.
  • Performing general on-site maintenance to ensure a safe environment for our customers.
  • Problem solving.

Relief Manager:

  • Providing outstanding customer service.
  • Advising and answering questions from potential customers.
  • Executing leases and all documents associated with renting storage units
  • Performing tasks associated with the daily activities of running a storage facility.
  • Taking payments and answering questions in a professional manner.
  • Managing accounts receivables, and performing collection calls.
  • Administrative functions including opening/closing of the office.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office.
  • Conducting daily facility inspections.

Facility Manager:

  • Time management:
    • Prioritizing and delegating tasks to employees who will report directly to you.
    • Scheduling, overseeing, and training relief managers and part-time associates.
  • Ability to quickly foresee issues and resolves problems in an effective manner.
  • Executing leases and all documents associated with renting storage units.
  • Account tracking and account maintenance.
  • Customer relations and providing outstanding service to our customers.
  • Advising and answering questions from potential customers.
  • Performing tasks associated with the daily activities of running a storage facility.
  • Managing account receivables, and performing collection calls.
  • Ability to contact sub-contractors to get quotes on various jobs that will be needed.
  • Administrative functions including opening/closing of the office.
  • Conducting daily facility inspections, and maintaining a clean and organized office.
  • Performing bank deposits and mailings at the post office.
