Why should I reserve a unit?

When you reserve a unit with Storhouse Self Storage you lock in the rental rate and any move in special on that particular unit. There is no reservation fee or a deposit required.

 

What is the administration fee for?

This is a one-time fee to set up the account.  We do not charge a security deposit.

How do I pay for my storage unit?

We have a variety of ways to pay. You can pay on our website 24 hours a day, you can sign up for automatic payment on a credit or debit card, you can mail a check or money order, and you can stop into our office and use cash, a check or credit/debit card.

What are your gate access hours?

We always offer 6am-10pm 7 days a week access via a personal access code.  We also can accommodate 24-hour access, however please call the facility for more details.

What is the minimum amount of time for storage?

The minimum rental period is one month.  We do offer long term leasing with discounted rates.  Please contact our offices for more details.

How long does it take to rent a unit?

On average 15 minutes.  Please remember to bring a valid government issued ID.

What size unit do I need?

Please refer to our video size guides online or call one of facilities, and one of our employees will be happy to help you.

Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?

Yes, we sell a variety of boxes and packing supplies at discounted rates.

What is the best type of lock to use?

We highly recommend a disc lock for added security. Because we only recommend disc locks, we have a variety of disc locks you can choose from that will fit your needs.

Can I store a vehicle?

Yes (where available), whether you store your vehicle outside or in a unit you will need to provide your current government issued ID, current insurance on the vehicle, and current registration on the vehicle.
