When We are contracted to submit a site to search engines, some personal information will be required by such services. For example: contact's name, company's name, email, web site address, etc. We are in no way responsible for how this information is used beyond this point.

Information We Collect From You and How We Use it  

To provide you with excellent service, We ask for specific personal information when you fill out our Contact form. In general, we receive and store any information you provide via our website. This includes information that can identify you ("personal information"), including but not limited to your first and last name, telephone number, postal address, and email address.

We automatically collect some information about your computer when you visit this website. We use Common Log-file Format Tracking Software to collect the following non-personal information about your visit: your Internet Protocol Address and domain name used but not the email address; the type of browser and operating system you used; the date and time you visited this site; the web pages or services you accessed at this site and the web site you visited prior to coming to this one. These items simply help us understand what is important to our visitors and in no way personally identifies you to anyone.

Web site access specific information such as user names and passwords given to Us by clients is for the sole use of fulfilling contractual duties for the client and will in no way be used or distributed to anyone for any reason other than our Third Party Vendors (See “How We Share Your Information”. The security of these items for the client is of utmost concern to Us.

We also reserve the right to compile, save, use within the scope of our activities, and analyze any and all data (contact and personal data, use history, etc.) that we collect from you through the Website. We use the personal information that you provide to us for our internal purposes such as responding to your requests for information, contacting you, conducting internal analyses, and processing and completing orders and event registrations. We also use your personal information to communicate with you, such as, for example, to provide you with newsletters, press releases, membership information, or information relating to programs or activities that may be of interest to you.

This aggregate data will in no way personally identify you or any other visitors to the Website.

We collect this information in order to determine which areas of the Website are most popular and to enhance the Website for visitors. This information will only be used in direct conjunction with your account and web site needs. We will not sell or distribute customer lists, email address or any personal client information to any sources outside the Storage Properties.

We use information about you for the following general purposes: to provide you with the products and services you request; to communicate with you in general; to respond to your questions and comments; to measure interest in and improve our products, services, and website; to notify you about special offers and products or services that may be of interest to you; to otherwise customize your experience with this website; to solicit information from you, including surveys; to resolve disputes or troubleshoot problems; to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; to enforce our Terms of Use; and as otherwise described to you at the point of collection.
